Great people need the right opportunity.
Great businesses need the right system.
Walk Then Run helps connect the two.
We find where your revenue is stuck, build the path forward, and help put the right people in position to win.
It starts with a walk and a conversation.
The review is always free.
Then, together, we decide whether it's time to run.
Business has friction. We remove it.
Like water finds the path of least resistance around every obstacle, we find the path around whatever is stopping your business from moving. We make it fluid.
That's why we call ourselves WTR.

What does that look like?
Why I built Walk Then Run
For 17 years, I've lived in sales.
B2C. B2B. SaaS. Retail. Construction. Solar. Engineering. You name it.
I've built sales teams across three countries, coached reps through their first close, and helped seasoned professionals reach the next level.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something.
I'm just as passionate about creating opportunities for people as I am about creating revenue for businesses.
I've talked to salespeople who don't know what their next move is.
They've applied for dozens of jobs.
Then they get the email:
"We've decided to move forward with other candidates who are a better fit for the position."
- Bullshit recruiting automated messaging
A resume doesn't tell you how badly someone wants it.
It doesn't tell you how hard they'll fight.
It doesn't tell you how quickly they'll learn.
It doesn't tell you what someone is capable of when finally given an opportunity.
Sometimes, companies aren't rejecting bad salespeople.
They're rejecting people they never took the time to understand.
And on the other side of the table, I've seen how difficult it is for businesses to hire, train, manage, and retain the right salespeople.
That's where the problem gets interesting.
Great people need the right opportunity.
Great companies need the right system.
So I built Walk Then Run around both.
I help businesses build scalable revenue systems, the process, messaging, training, and structure that gives salespeople a real path to success.
Then, when the system is ready, I can help deploy salespeople I've personally vetted into it.
Not throwing a random resume at a company and hoping it works.
Building the system first.
Then putting hungry people inside it who have been given a real chance to win.
That keeps the investment lower for the business.
It gives the salesperson a path.
And it creates something I care deeply about.
Opportunity.
Because the people I've met throughout my life have enriched mine.
I want to do the same for others.
If your business is struggling to create predictable revenue, let's talk.
If you're a salesperson wondering what your next opportunity looks like, let's talk.
If you're hungry, willing to learn, and ready to work, I want to give you a chance to prove it.
You don't start by running.
You walk first. Then you run.
I'm Jeff. Let's run.
We're building the founding community of B2B sales professionals.
The first reps here shape the reviews, the standards, and the system itself. Membership is at no cost, always.
